The election will be held at the AAS General Assembly meeting on Friday, April 13, 2018, and is open to all members in good standing. If you are unable to attend the GA meeting but would like to participate in the election, you may submit an absentee ballot. If you will attend the meeting, you will vote in person, and there is no need to complete and return the ballot.
To vote absentee, follow the instructions on the ballot. Please note that a recent bylaws amendment makes absentee voting electronic rather than by U.S. mail.

There are two positions without nominees: Outreach Chair and one Member-at-Large. If you are interested in being nominated for one of those positions or would like to suggest a possible nominee, contact the Nominating Committee at nominate@austinastro.org
